I had the pleasure of collaborating with shepherdIT whilst working on a SAP Programme for the General Authority for Zakat and Tax based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The programme of work was very complex, and involved challenging customers as well as many workstreams including the addition of new functionality, changes, technical debt and incoming support calls .
